Snowcat Tours for Veterans & Active Military
Donating to Summit and Shore directly supports our mission to offer free snowcat tours to Veterans and active military members, providing them with a unique opportunity to experience the peace and beauty of the backcountry. In 2024-2025 Winter Season we had the honor of hosting free snowcat tours to Veterans in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. These tours are not just an adventure—they are a chance for Veterans to gather in a supportive community, sharing stories, building camaraderie; finding reprieve from the stresses of daily life. Once in the backcountry, the world slows down, and the vast, serene landscapes offer a healing escape. For us, it’s a deep honor to give back to those who have served our country, and we’re passionate about creating these moments of respite and connection.
